I called several days in advance and scheduled my oil change, but there wer Upgraded my car a few months ago needed my 1st oil change since purchase. I called several days in advance and scheduled my oil change, but there were several complications after my car was in the air and all it's go go juice was drained out. My car requires a special filter (no one knew this until removing the old one.) Greg and the service team had to order a special filter, have it delivered and replace it. Not to mention we discovered my car takes the millionaires milk grade of oil. Greg not only got the filter issue taking care of, but also got me the best price for everything I needed and researched how to do things better next time! He was incredibly polite, and made it the best sleep deprived poverty trip possible. Thank you so much for helping me, Greg! More

Overpriced oil change The first oil change we had done there was convenient, quick, cheap (less than $20), and we got a free coupon for a car wash at Kwik car afterward... So, thinking this was typical service, since we were never told this was some type of first time promotion or anything. We were extremely surprised to be charged like $65 plus to have it changed the second time a few months later and didnt get a car wash coupon, so i guess well go back to vhanging our own oil or find someone more reasonably priced. They really work at making things right I have 2018 highlander that Toyota installed a bad Bluetooth. Dealer made it right. Toyota Corp was zero help.
