Communication failure 1. Having to repeat what we were there for is concerning. If I was simply confirming the reason for the appointment, that would have been fine. I beli 1. I believe having to track down the service person from our last visit on the same issue is not correct. 2. I appreciate the use of a loaner car while we were in town. We were nearly late to our doctor appointment because the car required fuel when we took possession. 3. We were to be called when our vehicle was finished. That didn’t happen. We called every 45 minutes after 2pm hoping you were done. We also never received a return on those calls. More

The wait time was horrible. 6 hours. 😒 The first part was to replace a headlight wiring (recall) - 2hrs. 45 mins. The next part was a brake job 3 hrs. I ask how long it would take to do the brakes and was told 1 1/2 hrs. It took 3 hrs. TOO LONG!!!! Especially when no one is telling me anything about it. More

Extremely Helpful! I stopped in to find out which tool was needed for my wheel locks. I decided I couldn’t afford that at the moment so they were kind enough to remove I stopped in to find out which tool was needed for my wheel locks. I didn’t have an appointment but they were extremely kind about it and took care of me anyway! They were so nice!! I will definitely contact them again when I need service!! More
