I filed a complaint with BBB: I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Rusty Wallis Honda. The online posting (attached) clearly states that keyless entry is included. When I test drove the vehicle and when I took possession of the vehicle, I believe the car was intentionally left idling so I would not notice the keys, and the missing keyless entry. When I parked the car in my driveway and removed the keys, I instantly noticed no keyless entry buttons on the key. I immediately called both of the sales representatives and asked about the missing keyless entry. I sent the same screenshot attached to this complaint to both of them. After days of no response, I started calling the main number of the dealership for updates. One of the sales reps told me that the GM said "There is no way I am paying for that." If this issue is resolved I will update this review. More

Had my oil changed and tires balanced and rotated fluids topped off and a wash. Less that two miles after service my low air light came on. One tire was low, so your team didn’t check the tire pressure so a topped off and a wash. Less that two miles after service my low air light came on. One tire was low, so your team didn’t check the tire pressure so a good balance was not done on that tire and I had to put air in it when I got home. I then noticed the wash job was very poorly done. This complete service cost over 110 dollars! Poor work for the cost! More
