My service was originally estimated to take around 4 hours, but Tin went above and beyond to expedite the process. He personally ensured that the repair shop was aware I would be waiting and kept me updated throughout. To my surprise, the service, including an oil change, was completed in just 2.5 hours! Tin’s efficiency and attention to customer care truly impressed me.
