They left the bolts loose on my vehicle. If my husband has not been following me home and had I got on the highway I could’ve gotten into a serious wreck, hurt, killed, or killed someone. He had me pull over and he slowly drove it back and got the manager who apologized and gave us a free oil change. He also said he would write the guy up. Still, very disappointing and not okay at all. Won’t be using them again. You just can’t make those kinds of mistakes. More
