The service staff at Rusty Wallis are excellent! I was able to get the issues with my 12 year old vehicle accurately diagnosed and successfully addressed in a timely fashion. My AC is now chilling I was able to get the issues with my 12 year old vehicle accurately diagnosed and successfully addressed in a timely fashion. My AC is now chilling like a Sub Zero fridge and all other issues from spark plugs to door seals were handled professionally and reasonably. Thanks for going the extra mile. I'll be back! More
I just spent 45 min trying to tell you how unhappy I am with your service dept & your manager Alicia Halpin. She would not understand my request for a refund of 321.44 for an overcharge on labor. She took it personally & attacked me by saying I was calling her a lier. I never called her a lier. She was insinuating that I was a lier but I never verbally accused her of it as she did me. SHE hung up on me!!! That is terrible management. Please refund my 321.44 for labor charges. She also said she gave me a 300.00 credit to my labor charge but it did not show up on my final bill. The car is running well but the labor charge is incorrect. Please send me my refund. I am on a fixed income. You should also give Senior discounts when someone spends over 3000.00 which I did. Total spent 3386.17 for engine coolant, air conditioner & brakes. Thank you for your attention to this request. Mrs C Peter More

I had a 9 AM appointment that I had made online the day before my visit and waited 3 hours for my car after I dropped it off. After waiting a couple of hours, I went to the service desk to check on the sta before my visit and waited 3 hours for my car after I dropped it off. After waiting a couple of hours, I went to the service desk to check on the status of my car because I noticed that customers who came in after me were getting consultations with the service adviser and checking out before me. My paperwork was sitting on the ledge in the service area. My car needed a couple of minor fixes but no one shared that information with me until I went to the counter to inquire about my car. The issues were fixed and about 30 minutes later, my car is sitting on the service drive. I walked up to the check out counter and asked if the paperwork for the car on the driveway had been turned in. I had another appointment I needed to get to and wanted to pay for the service and leave. The cashier did not have my paperwork. A service adviser walked past me as I was standing near the check-out counter and called another customer forward to get her car. He had paperwork in his hand and told the customer she was good to go and ready for check out. The problem was, it wasn't her paperwork or her car. It was mine. I have been a Rusty Wallis Honda customer for approximately 30 years. In those 30 years, I have never been treated with such disregard. The chances of me coming back to Rusty Wallis to purchase another car in the future is slim. Service departments are the oil that keep dealerships running smoothly, and customer service is key in establishing long-lasting relationships. Thank you for your time in reading my comments. The service rep. was very courteous, friendly and efficient when I had my Odyssey inspected and had an oil change.
