When performing maintenance on my car the found “severe damage” to the splash pan. When I picked up the car, they gave me and estimate of approximately $200 to repair. I went back the next day for the re damage” to the splash pan. When I picked up the car, they gave me and estimate of approximately $200 to repair. I went back the next day for the repair and after an hour’s wait was told 1) they did not have the part & 2) the cost was more than double what I’d been quoted l less than 24 hours earlier More

So one the biggest issues I had with this dealership was that they kept promising my car would be in by a certain date and it never would, it took about a month to get my car when they said it would only be that they kept promising my car would be in by a certain date and it never would, it took about a month to get my car when they said it would only be a week. Jesse Thompson was amazing though. He would be the reason I would go back to that dealership. The managers really did not care about the sale, I truly think the managers just wanted me to cancel my order. More
