It was my first time here. There were a couple of things that I want to point out. My service advisor came to inform me the result of the inspection. I agreed to most suggesti There were a couple of things that I want to point out. My service advisor came to inform me the result of the inspection. I agreed to most suggestions ( fluid exchanges on transmission, brakes, oil and filter change, coolant) except the tire rotation and alignment. When I had to pay, they charged for that as well. He told me they had already done it. I was not happy about this. The other incident was that I also specifically requested to check that the dashboard lights were switched back off. They weren't. I even had a tire pressure light on. After the alignment, I assume they didn't check the tires' air. I had to go to a tire place to put air in my tires the following day. I like your service. People are friendly and I know you know your craft. I will be back, but I expect better. More
The "Express" service done was good and within the time estimated. The staff was kind and professional. The overall experience was good, however the drivers side floor mat was destroyed with oily footprints which I can’t get out.
