i had to pay out my pocket with money i didn't have and never should have had to pay in first place, i asked them if they could help with money that insurance didn't cover, a measly 350.91, no reply no answer no nothing, careless people at this place, just sad about the situation but i will not stop till i feel enough people have seen what could be waiting for them at RUSTY WALLACE CAR DEALERSHIP, NOT JUST THE HONDA BUT ALL HIS LOCATIONS!

they are careless and don't check the new arrivals they recieve,i was told that a loud roaring noise on a Nissan pathfinder, which was my 1st car i purchased due to big tires, well that was not the case, it needed wheel bearings, lmao, let's not forget the excessive smoking upon start up and a odd smell that even after doing a sea foam treatment, whatever that is, it still smoked really bad and they assured me it was normal because the car had been sitting. yea,,,, no, it's not normal so sorry. so they did take that car back and repay the loan finally 2 months later which went really bad against credit score, like they really give a sh%=. that's how i got the ford edge with bad motor. now sure they tried to help, tried to sell me a brand new Honda cause they refused to sale me another used car cause it was making them look bad with the banks, but assured me i could get this brand new car in there loan service, thru Honda finance, for a additional monthly payment of 700 or more, which i told the general manager ondra calvert that i can not make that payment no way no how, well he sits there like a mob boss look and says well that's all i can do, don't matter i can't pay for it, he would have put me in that car that day no money down, didn't care i couldn't afford it, oh but wait, the bad motor Ford edge was gonna be a trade in and he had to take money off it to fix the motor,lmao. be very careful not to fall for the xxxxxxxx at RUSTY WALLACE DEALERSHIPS. I'M BEHIND IN PAYMENT FOR FORD EDGE CAUSE I COULDN'T WORK, i asked ondra if the motor would be covered in extended warranty he told me, well it depends on what you tell them but naw probably not. i didn't deserve the treatment i got. after paperwork was signed i wasn't xxxx anymore, they got the check and i got screwed!

they are so fake, not all but people who can help who got the power are main ones who don't give a care in the world about you after them papers signed, it's like your on your own, just heartless, don't go there period. they are not any kind of helpful Honda people with the blue shirts, you get the blues. lol

all i ask from ondra was to help with charges that insurance didn't pay, 351.00 dollars, i had to get the whole engine replaced, and they didn't even help with that process, i don't get it. why do you think it's ok and go on like you've done nothing wrong. people have feelings and can't afford a lot of things but i trusted y'all 3 times, this is the thanks for my business, guess I'm not worthy of y'all's help, good don't like ugly. we just getting started. y'all hurt my heart. your heartless.
