I had a very good deal offered by another dealership. When I told him that, he said he will beat that price by $500. So we agreed and when the time came for me to go get the car, his manager named Alliona Carroll called me and said he is just a salesman and since she is the manager, the price we agreed is too low and she won’t approve the deal. She sent me an email with a much higher price. This is the kind of people who does deceptive and dishonest tactics to sell cars at higher prices, still saying they are a family business. They are disgrace to other family businesses. Sine I cancelled my deal with the other dealership, I lost that deal due to this dishonest family business. I can understand some sales tactics, but this kind of deception and dishonesty I have never came across in my life. Please beware. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships out there. I am sure nobody else will be this low. More
