We were greeted by the best car salesman, Robert Granger! He was great! He was calm, well-mannered and asked all the right questions. We were not prepared to purchase as we had our Odyssey in the service area and wanted to look around at the CRVs (I have wanted one for a long time). He answered all our questions and let us test drive one which I loved!?? We started talking about a truck, and he let my husband test one while we were there. Of course, it was immediate love for it! We had two much older cars, and we knew these would be our last car purchases, so we were careful in our decision. The sales department worked with us, and the deals were made. Robert worked very hard for us as my husband is VERY particular and cautious as well as being knowledgeable himself. We would highly recommend Robert and Rusty Wallis!! More

First time I visited, I was upfront and told him, I just wante John Hargins really showed us what great customer service at a dealership is all about. First time I visited, I was upfront and told him, I just wanted to test drive and didn’t have any interest in buying at that moment. He let us test drive and answer all our questions on the vehicle. We spend at least 3 hours testing different vehicles trying to figure out which one we truly liked; knowing we were not going to buy at that moment. We left and came back to see him 2 days later; again, no pressure. Somehow he knew we were going to come back. We negotiated the price and went through the process fairly quickly. Their finance person was great too; offered additional stuff but never felt over pressured to do it. Overall, it was a great experience at Rusty Wallis Honda. More
