After going through a wonderful car buying experience with my mother I was sure to return to Rusty Wallis for the purchase of my vehicle. In December I contacted Eric Collier Sr. letting him know I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Eric was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable of many new and used cars on the lot. I told Eric everything I was looking for and he was able to deliver. The process was very quick and easy almost everything was done from home. Wonderful experience during and after the sale We went to Rusty Wallis Honda looking for a first car for my son. It was new years eve and saw online they had a 2013 Civic Coupe. I also saw from the online reviews that they provided a good buyer experience. I called and talk to Kevin in pre-owned sales to let them know we were coming to look at it. We made the drive from Euless and Kevin was very courteous and helpful. My son took the car for a drive and that was the car for him. We got the car for the online price and the paperwork went smooth. Kevin took us to the finance person (I can't remember his name) but the customer service continued there. He provided us a good finance rate and explained everything clearly. The whole process from arrival to sale took about an hour and a half. About a month later, the battery on the car died. I called back Kevin and they were able to get him a new batter free of charge. Great experience and well worth the drive! More

Kevin Harper is very good at what he does and does it in a manner that does not make you feel pressured or rushed. In the end Kevin worked hard for us and was able to help us work out a deal that fit our needs and budget and we were able to leave in our new HR-V.
