When I arrived at the dealership, to finalize the deal, the car ready to go with all the dealer installed options as quoted. Throughout the process (either on the phone or in person), Paul was always upbeat and helped me get through the buying process in a flawless manner. He did his job in a professional manner and never used any strong arm tactics to rush me into a decision. I found my car on Cars.com and then followed up on the Rusty Wallis website and ended up working with Manny Garcia. He was VERY helpful. We negotiated a good price (for me, at least) and we were rolling! I live near Detroit so I had to fly in. I was picked up at the airport by Kirk Yost who was there to pick me up less than 3 minutes after I walked out of the door...I SWEAR TO GOD!!! I got to the dealership, the car was ready (It looked GREAT), I test drove it and was on my way back to Detroit within an hour of my plane landing!! The car is great as well, It made the 19 hour drive with only the same rest (3hr nap) as I got. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I have anything negative to say about Manny, it is that he is a Dallas Cowboys fan. But it isn't his fault, he's from Dallas and he doesn't know any better! Ha ha ha! My overall experience with this dealership was excellent I am not sure i would go anywhere else to buy me a another car i am sold to this one for life. I have had other dealership experiences and this one was by far the best. More
