Awesome car buying experience I had found a 2014 Accord Sport that I fell in love with online and contacted Rusty Wallis Honda to see where Id be on my trade in knowing Id go upsid I had found a 2014 Accord Sport that I fell in love with online and contacted Rusty Wallis Honda to see where Id be on my trade in knowing Id go upside down on it. Eric Collier was the salesman I spoke with and got some numbers going with him since we live one hour away and didnt want to drive that far and get turned down due to the negative equity I had on my old car. Long story short Eric kept in contact with me through out the process until we arrived to the dealer where he got caught up in the middle of sale. Jeff Spangler then aided us through out the rest of the sale along with the finance guy Manny Garcia. Overall it was a great experience buying our new car. I dont think it could have went smoother. Wonderful experience during and after the sale We went to Rusty Wallis Honda looking for a first car for my son. It was new years eve and saw online they had a 2013 Civic Coupe. I also saw from the online reviews that they provided a good buyer experience. I called and talk to Kevin in pre-owned sales to let them know we were coming to look at it. We made the drive from Euless and Kevin was very courteous and helpful. My son took the car for a drive and that was the car for him. We got the car for the online price and the paperwork went smooth. Kevin took us to the finance person (I can't remember his name) but the customer service continued there. He provided us a good finance rate and explained everything clearly. The whole process from arrival to sale took about an hour and a half. About a month later, the battery on the car died. I called back Kevin and they were able to get him a new batter free of charge. Great experience and well worth the drive! More
