We were in town for a soccer tournament and happened to see the Honda dealership sign. We were in the market however had really not considered a Honda. JC greeted us and inquired as to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He showed us what was available. One of the other employees who was from Africa saw our kids playing in the parking area with their soccer balls and came out to give them some pointers. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we had time to talk with JC about the features during a test drive without the kids. JC and everyone else we dealt with were very courteous and straight forward. We left the dealership and went back for another soccer game. We then went back to the dealership to talk price and trade in. The discussion was straight foward. We got a fair trade in value for our car and a lower price on the new car than we could have gotten in our own home town. The deal was super low, but well worth buying out of town. The dealership closed at 8 Pm and the kids needed to be back at the soccer field to finish. JC and Billy in Finance stayed late to finish the paperwork. JC even went with me to the soccer field and helped clean out all the soccer gear from the old car to the new at 9:30 PM. My wife forgot to get her CDs out the CD player and JC gotr those out for us and out them in the mail. Our entire experience was very low pressure, even in the finance office. I would definitely recommend this dealership. JC fully explained the vehicle features and went through the stack of owners manual items. There were no suprises and I really appreciate that. My Honda experience has always been excellent, and this one was no different. I did not even thing about trying a different make and model of automobile. John was polite, friendly and above all, patient! He explained everything I needed to know, allowed me to look and change my mind about colors, explained the differences between the different cars, what they offered, what features, etc. This was my first experience at your dealersip, my previous expeirences had been with Honda Cars of McKinney, but because of my prior business with Robert, I came to Rusty Wallas, even with it being must further from my house in Plano. When I bought the car everything was wonderful. I first had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. I took it to the service department and they test drove it and did a visual...said nothing was wrong with my had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. Now a few months later and at 19,000 miles I have had to get a new set of tires. I continuously got a run around about whose fault this was...from cheap tires, that the dealership puts on the car to the shop where I get my oil changes done because they did not inform me about rotating my tires when I got my oil changed. I have since found out that my alignment was out on my car but they never looked at anything else on my car. I will never take my car back to this dealership for service. I have tried to contact the general manager of the dealership also with absolutely no response from him either. We will be in the market for another car in the next year or so and I will NOT every buy one from this dealership and I am not even sure if I will buy another Honda. More
