I purchased a 2018 Honda Fit Sport from Rusty Wallis Honda. I had indicated I intended to buy; but the price went up by over $1,000 between our conversation and when I arrived at the dealership without Honda. I know this can happen but a heads up would have been nice. More concerning was the fact that there was a aftermarket alarm system that was so poorly installed on the car that it was rapidly draining my battery overnight on a nightly basis. It is unlikely that they were unaware of this issue, but there is no way to discover this on a test drive. Ultimately, between removing the poor electrical work and replacing the battery, which was killed by the drain, I spent an additional $1,300 on this car. Everyone was nice in the process of selling it, but I can't help but feel like I got screwed with my pants on. More

Thanks Tin- I came in with an emergency muffler issue and he was able to fix it the next day. The price was high given parts and labor so it would have been nice to have some kind of service coupon for it. B he was able to fix it the next day.
