I had taken my Honda HR-V in for some minor repairs stemming from a flat tire. I was greeted by Ashley Adams, the main shop advisor. I explained the issue to her and she took my information, I left the car and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. She called a short while later and explained what the problem was and that she could order the part and have it the next morning. I agreed and she ordered it. She called late the next morning and told me the car was ready to pick up. I arrived a short while later and she was finishing up with another customer. When they were finished a few minutes later she immediately greeted me and we went through the repairs and I proceeded to sign and make payment. She went to the lot, retrieved my car, and delivered it to the waiting area. I was out the door again in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to add that I have witnessed a big problem in this country with service in general, and am losing faith in my expectations for any kind of decent service when I am out in public. Dealing with Ashley and the way she manages the service shop put a smile on my face and gives me hope that there are still a lot of people out there who care about their customers, and will go out of their way to make this kind of experience as painless as possible. I think that Rusty Wallis is lucky to have a manager like Ashley on their team. I hope that they appreciate her like her customers do. Thank you Ahsley! More
