This dealership is top notch! I went in for an oil change with no intentions of buying. Before the oil change was done I had a price on a new vehicle and what my trade was worth. They let me take the change with no intentions of buying. Before the oil change was done I had a price on a new vehicle and what my trade was worth. They let me take the new vehicle home to make sure it fit in the garage. I called them on my way back and said let’s do the deal and by the time I got back all the paperwork was ready. Great open and friendly atmosphere! I had been looking for a specific Ram for the last month and a half with another dealership with out any luck, I had 4 specific parts of the puzzle t I had been looking for a specific Ram for the last month and a half with another dealership with out any luck, I had 4 specific parts of the puzzle that made it difficult to find "the one" but when I walked into Ryan Auto Mall in Monticello I was met by Joel Mapel who knew their inventory very well and to my surprise he said "I think we can help you!" not only did he have the 4 specific pieces to my puzzle but he also had it in my first color of choice! Joel was great through the entire process, kept me informed on the status of my accessories and timing of the completed truck.
