The vehicle came to us with one key and with no license plate for the front, so neither was available at the time of delivery. We have ordered a license plate bracket and license plate for the front of the vehicle and are also ordering a second key and key fob for the vehicle through our parts department. Once that key and fob come in, we would ask you to bring the vehicle in so that we can have the fob and key programmed to the vehicle. Unfortunately, your trade vehicle did not qualify for the Cub Foods Gift Card promotion which required that your vehicle had a clean vehicle history and it did not. The Autocheck report shows that your trade vehicle was involved in a collision with another vehicle in Erie County, New York on 01/25/2020 (Case#38321363), and therefore is not eligible. The disclaimer is copied below for you Must purchase & take delivery of a new or pre-owned vehicle by close of business on 11/30/22. Trade in vehicle must be a 2014 model year or newer with under 120,000 miles and with a clean vehicle history report. Only (1) gift card per transaction & while supplies last. Not applicable on employee purchase. Not applicable on previous purchases or vehicle orders. See dealership sales management for additional details. Your sales consultant will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable time for you to come by and have the key and fob programmed and the license plate fitted. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you.
