Rye Subaru knows very little about the mechanics of cars. I am disappointed in their performance and in the vehicle itself which does not actually have the safety features that Subaru promotes. I still can not get an answer that makes sense on why the perfectly tuned radio in my vehicle is now in and out and static ridden. I was told when I made the appointment to come in at 8am to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. When I arrived at 8am, the rep told me that it was impossible for the car to be ready by 9am. I to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. The last time I had a service, I was told there were no computers to fix my electronics. My car is 2 years old and has never worked right. Likely I'll look elsewhere when my lease is up. More
