Nothing for you to do at this stage Louis. There is little in my most recent visit that can be resolved with a conversation. I was the first person thru the door at 7::30 am. Your service people had to unlock the door so I could enter. It was discussed that I was coming in for an oil change and getting new tires. I told the service rep that I would be in the area and that she could contact me to confirm what needed to be done. She said the service should take about 90 minutes. During our entire conversation, there was not another customer who walked into the service department. I went into town to have some breakfast. When I did not get a call for 40 minutes, I called. The service rep confirmed that the work that needed to be done. She claimed this information just came to her a couple of minutes prior to my call. I asked if this meant the service would be from 90 minutes from now, she said yes. I came back to the service center after breakfast and waited. I watched at least ten other customers get their cars and leave. This obviously doesn't account for any customers who came and went during the 90 minutes I was not at the service department. A little over two hours later, I was told my car was ready. The service rep explained that they were short staffed. This begs the question, "If I was the first one in, how does the fact that you are short staffed affect me?" The question seemed a little too complex for someone who was going to attempt to gaslight me with such a lame excuse. Nothing can take back the time you wasted. Nothing can rebuild the loss in trust from such blatant xx.
