I’ve never written a bad review before, but this is the first time I feel I have to. The service department handled my car carelessly. I realize the dealer may claim that I caused the damage, but this is a two-and-a-half-year-old car that I always treat with extreme care. I never park in tight spaces and I’m always cautious when opening the doors. Next time, I’ll take photos of the car before service to make sure nothing like this happens again. More
