He's the one who got us the loaner car after we were told there were none available. We never heard a word from the service manager, if there is such a person, but the assistant service manager did a commendable job. My wife, whose car it is, complained to me when I told her I was going to ask to literally see that the work was done. For once, I was right. We had our car serviced, now and then (due to cost differences and location differences, as compared to a local mechanic), at Rye Subaru, and will potentially do so again, but we will always do so cautiously.
