The team was ultra flexible with scheduling a safety check (at the last minute) before I had to drive 5 hours to ME. They called me when it was ready, I didn’t need to have a detailed record of service history or dictate what needed to be done. I was grateful for their judgment. It was such a relief! Then they gave me a detailed record of everything they checked and topped off all the fluids. They even gave my “baby” Outback a “sponge” bath. The Rye Subaru team IS love. I was told it would take about an hour to diagnose a non-working trunk remote in my Legacy. I opted to wait at the dealership (an amenity I do appreciate).
