I knew exactly what I wanted (my fourth Outback, my second from Brown Manassas), so Tommy and I got right down to business, he picked out the car for my test drive after which I looked at other color o second from Brown Manassas), so Tommy and I got right down to business, he picked out the car for my test drive after which I looked at other color options and went with the Cosmic Blue we test drove. From there, the paperwork was seamless except for documents I didn't have on hand, and I returned two days later to finish it all and get a quick primer from Tommy. Only issue: no sticker shock, but bottom line shock with all the added fees. I thought i was putting half down on the full price, but it ended up I only put a third down. Wish we could know the real bottom line up front, before committing to the purchase and downpayment. More

It’s easy to schedule and they greet you when you arrive.
