Service to car was good and had a lot done; cost for new battery is ridiculous. Having a loaner car was a big plus. Was back to pick up car in 3 hours but it was not ready. It was assumed, without asking me, that I was driving to work, so service thought no rush on servicing my car. Not thrilled, but luckily I had no plans for the day. So, I went home to wait. Car was ready for pickup around 1pm. Service office seemed understaffed from when I was last there. More
