Sold me a used truck with a brand new transmission. Apparently they were too cheap to replace the transmission cooler and the new transmission burned up in a week (no load). I had to wait 4 weeks for a new transmission and then had it installed by another Ford dealer that knew what they were doing. Salerno Duane refused to call me back. Also, the experience of buying the truck was terrible. It took them 6 hours to do the paperwork and that was supposedly a "slow" day. More
