Advertised a Mach-E GT on a car leasing website and then refused to honor the advertised price, instead asking for $10K additional dealer markup on the vehicle. This is despite the fact that they positione refused to honor the advertised price, instead asking for $10K additional dealer markup on the vehicle. This is despite the fact that they positioned the vehicle on the sites "blowout sale" page at a $200 discount below MSRP. Beware of the bait and switch, cannot recommend this dealership, even it if was an "honest" mistake. More

Frank was a great person and salesperson. He helped me out with picking out the car I wanted. The truck I wanted wasn't in the dealer, so we had to order it. Frank B. was fantastic to work with during the buying process. I had very little time and he was completely flexible, being willing to communicate with me ov was fantastic to work with during the buying process. The experience is OK. I have seen better communication from the service team elsewhere. I am also not sure what I am paying for or not. I had my maintenance included on my monthly payment but the invoice doesn’t reflect what is included or not. There was a tire to change and the balance has been done too on top of the oil change and maintenance. I see all the costs but nothing is mentioned what is included or not. Don’t find it clear. More
