The e. Pete ice was very good my only complaint was that was paying cash. They did not have the ability to make change and had to send one of the workers to a deli to make the change needed for me. They apologized and explained that they are not not given any cash to make change. I understand that this is not they fault but a Salerno Duane policy. You should always have at least 100 in change available to make change for customers in paying their bill. My complaint is that you do not have loaner cars available when I purchased my car in June of 2020 that was a question that I specifically asked as this was my 3 car I have gotten through this location. 2 leased and one purchase now. They told me it would not be a problem of course it was. Again not the service departments fault but Salerno Duane’s fault. My husband has a Porsche and they always make sure to have loaners when the car is being serviced. I had to take a day off of work to get my car serviced. That is not right. More
