Worth the wait. I spent the last quarter of 2014 researching vehicles to purchase in 2015. After extensive research I decided on a 2015 Edge Sport AWD with the 401a I spent the last quarter of 2014 researching vehicles to purchase in 2015. After extensive research I decided on a 2015 Edge Sport AWD with the 401a Option Package. Through Ford Website, I started talking to Ariel Sallemi about when they expected delivery of the first units; the delivery dates were anticipated but not confirmed. She asked me to be patient. Ariel stayed in contact with me on a regular basis and with gave updates on what was coming and when. Finally, my exact match came in. I stopped by took it for a test drive and was ready to talk numbers. Ariel turned me over to Bob Montgomery. He walked me through all my options regarding financing; purchase v. leasing. We decided that leasing was the best option. He carefully explained the value of my trade-in and gave me confidence that I was getting the most for it. I was ready to commit but I needed to talk to my accountant to be sure. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get back to Bob for almost 48 hours and since I had not committed the car was sold. Another Sport was anticipated to arrive in a few weeks, but it was not my first choice of colors. I thought that was the end of my story with Salerno Duane and Bob. Bob called me a little later, he knew how long I had waited and how disappointed I was. He told me he wanted to make this work and that he would search area dealers for the exact car I wanted. Understanding how long it had taken for the other car to finally show up, it thought his search would take weeks. By the end of that same day Bob called me to let me know that he had found exactly what I wanted. Three days later I was picked up my 2015 Edge Sport AWD. From the first time Ariel contacted me to the moment I left the lot in my new car it was a pleasurable experience. I never once felt pressured; it is amazing what a difference that makes.
