I knew the car and style that I wanted and was looking for the best deal. I had found the car at 2 locations and contacted both, Salerno being one. But he also showed me how to sync my car with the software system called sync my ride, which has made the whole process easier and even more user friendly. The car protected me in an accident, which is why I purchased a second C-MAX. But my salesman made the experience of buying a second vehicle after the accident wonderful. He discussed the car features in simple English, showed me how the dials inside worked the tech systems inside, and even though I had previously driven the same car, I believed, in getting reacquainted with it through his lesson, that I understood it even better.
