We decided we needed to buy a new car so that we could give my son our old car, because he will need a car in September when he starts student teaching while attending college. We have a large Ford dealership near our home, but would not consider purchasing a car from this dealership due to the bad experience we had purchasing a car there many years ago. We purchased our last car from Salerno Duane Ford and were very happy with the dealership. We discovered this dealership due to my wife being a teacher at a school near Summit and she heard good things about Salerno Duane Ford from other teachers. We visited Salerno Duane Ford and met Bob Cerza (sales representative) and learned they had a hybrid car that they ordered that had the exact options we wanted. He quoted us a good price on this car and told us he would call us when the car came in. I searched the Internet and checked the inventory of other dealers, but I could not find a better deal on a car that we wanted. Bob called me on a Friday afternoon and told me that the car arrived and they were unloading it off the truck. I texted my wife and told her to visit the dealership to see the car on her way home from work. She called me and told me she loved the car, so I met her at the dealership and purchased the car. I was happy when we picked up the car, Bob spent a lot of time showing us all the car's features and programmed my wife's cell phone into the hands free Bluetooth system. We were very happy with our experience purchasing our last two new cars at Salerno Duane Ford. More
