We were and still are in the middle of deploying an entirely new computer system in our store and as a result there were two inventory feeds that went out incorrectly, as a result of this we were also having trouble seeing the proper information on our side. We pride ourselves on having a very transparent method of doing business and always trying to exceed customer expectations. As unfortunate as they may be, mistakes do happen.
