I have been a customer at Salerno Duane Infinity for almost six years with two vehicles. Sue and Ali are the best service managers I have ever worked with in the 30 years I've owned a car. They are professional and friendly and have always made me feel welcomed. Appointments are made according to my schedule, loaners are always made available, and service is done on time. But it is the extra mile they go to when there is a problem. Both Sue and Allie are so pleasant to deal with, I never dread going to get the car serviced. One example: My previous car was not bought at that dealership, but I moved to the area and began having the car serviced there. I had two new tires put on and had to drive to see a very ill parent. While there, one of the tires became flat. When I called it was close to closing, knowing I was under pressure with my family, rather than have me go through the road side service, Allie sent someone with a loaner for me and then took the car back to get the tire assessed and ultimately repaired. I felt that this was beyond the scope of the job and really represented caring for the customer.But this type of service is routine at this dealership and when it came time to buy a new car, I really didn't want to leave this service. I brought my new G25x in for routine service and waited in Salerno Duane's customer lounge. Upon arrival, I had mentioned a minor foreign sound (low volume beep), but was unable to identify where the soun in Salerno Duane's customer lounge. Upon arrival, I had mentioned a minor foreign sound (low volume beep), but was unable to identify where the sound was originating. After completing the routine service (quite promptly), Allie arranged for a technician to take a ride with me so they could identify the sound and make the appropriate repair. The technician heard the sound, but could not readily identify the problem. He expressed the need to keep it for further testing at which time Allie arranged a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced. Later that day, Allie called to alert me that they had found the problem, ordered the replacement part (via overnight delivery), and I could expect the car to be ready for pickup the following day, which it was. Problem solved. The take away from the experience is that everyone with whom I had contact made every effort to accommodate and to minimize any potential inconvenience. I have purchased 4 Infinitis over the past 10 years and the service has always been of this quality. Customer service is obviously very important to Salerno Duane and its employees exemplify the characteristic. The car was also freshly washed and ready to go when I arrived for the pickup. More

Once again Allie Hoffman took good care of me. She is courteous, knowledgable, and professional. It's an approximate 80-mile drive for me one way from my home to the dealership and as a new customer it's courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Hector took care of me on Saturday without an appointment. He clearly explained what service was needed and the approximate cost. He needed to keep the car until Monday and offered a loaner veh appointment. He clearly explained what service was needed and the approximate cost. Climate control fan broken. They got me in the day I called, issued a loaner and completed the work in under two hours including oil change and filters. Have been coming to this dealership since 1991 and this is our 4th Infiniti vehicle. We have been extremely happy with all of them. They are built very well and require normal maintenance and I should sa is our 4th Infiniti vehicle. We have been extremely happy with all of them.
