Nightmare experience, AVOID! Took my 01 Dodge Grand Caravan in. All I needed was the emissions passed. Said two items needed fixing, paid for those two items $614. Then all of Took my 01 Dodge Grand Caravan in. All I needed was the emissions passed. Said two items needed fixing, paid for those two items $614. Then all of a sudden they needed to do another $1200 repair, but couldn't guarantee the check engine light would go off if I did that repair. Van ran great before I took it in there. Said no to the repair, took van home. On way home van WOULDN'T Shift, ran at a way high RPM. Transmission started to smoke on way home. They told me it would drive back home, no worries. Tranny worked great before going in, drive home was a nightmare. Salt Lake Valley Dodge is a nightmare, take your problems elsewhere! More

Wiring problems We were traveling when we uncounted 2 problems in our wiring. We were going to be passing through Salt Lake City the next day so we called ahead to see if they could get us in for service and they did get us in first thing the next morning.The service advisor Wally was wonderful because he kept us updated on the repairs. The tech Jose was fantastic tracking down and correcting 2 wiring problems we came into the dealership with. I believe wiring problems are one of the most difficult problems to work on and Salt Lake Valley was the best dealerships we have been to. Very satisfied with service. More

I wound up custom building a 2500, and Nate and Matt helped advise me on what options wouldn't really make sense for me (they actually suggested I not purchase about $1800 worth of extras I thought I had to have :) They were very patient with me as I checked prices with other dealers for a couple of days, I hate haggling, but wanted to make sure I was getting the best price I could, and it was by far the best deal I could find (including out of state). Bret was another salesman that helped me during the process. He was also super knowledgeable and friendly. He had no financial interest in my purchase, but just wanted to make sure that everything was going well for me, incredible. Absolutely top notch people over there. More

I emailed 16 I wanted a to purchase a manual 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and the only way to find the Jeep with the features I wanted was to special order it. I emailed 16 Jeep dealerships in northern Utah, Wyoming and Idaho and asked each dealership to give me their best, out the door price. Salt Lake Valley gave me the best price, and threw in 3 oil changes. I was happy with their service. Kyle was the car salesman that I worked with, and he was great. My only negative was the actual paperwork process with the in-house finance representative. I felt there was a lot of salesmanship (trying to sell insurance for an extra key ($250), extended warranty plans, insurance plans), with decisions that had to be made at the time of purchase, without knowing about these offers before hand. But it was nothing that I don't think you'd get from any other dealer. Very happy with my purchase. More
