to Salt Lake Valley Dodge...Visited their new Dealership, Salt Lake Valley Dodge: I was in their on Saturday, 4/13/13, and purchased a Truck, I left the dealership about 5:30 p.m. Upon getting home, I realized that I really cannot afford the vehicle. I called back about 7:30 p.m., they were closed. I was at their door Monday morning when they opened, and tried to talk to them about my situation. I explained that I could not afford the payments. I asked about trying to work with me, I was even willing to pay a fee $1,000 for their trouble, they would not budge. I was told by my sales guy that he would have to talk to his manager, who would not be in until 12:30 p.m. I left the truck there, and took the bus home, as to not add additional miles to the vehicle. I returned at 12:30, and he basically said the same thing, but I could speak to the owner. I immediately went to speak to the owner, but he was unavailable. I left a message and asked him to call me, he never did. I returned to the Dealership twice more that day, but was unable to meet with the owner. I went again on Tuesday morning, and again the owner was not available. I left another message, but still have not heard back. I spoke to the Sales Manager about the possibility of a different vehicle, which would have a lower payment; again he refused to even discuss options. I asked about some of the extra service agreements being removed, they would not even look at it. I indicated that I absolutely cannot make that payment, but they are not willing to look at any options. I understand that I signed a contract, but I also understand customer service, and trying to at least entertain or offer some options, NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! As of this time, still trying to meet with the owner.
