Purchased a 2014 Rubicon in November. Was driven by a salesman and dropped off at my home in Lehi after sale. I called the next day to have the Jeep looked over due to concerns after driving it a few mil salesman and dropped off at my home in Lehi after sale. I called the next day to have the Jeep looked over due to concerns after driving it a few miles to the store. Was led to believe their mechanics went over the Jeep and it was fine, they fixed a locked seatbelt and sent me on my way. After sitting in my driveway for a few days, a random neighbor stopped by to tell me about this Jeeps history, along with pictures of this Jeep from a year ago. He had this Jeep on his used car lot, and it had previously been used s a rental Jeep in Moab (discovered bondo used in various areas, along with a chopped, non welded seal around the exhaust pipe!) I bought this for my husband whom works in Texas 85% of the year. He flew home and drove the Jeep to Texas after Thanksgiving. Since he drives a company truck, the Jeep wasn't driven often. However, he noticed issues with the Jeep right away. Working 12/14hr days is hard to get personal time for him to do anything, let alone do off the Jeep to a mechanic. He was finally able to get it into a Chrysler dealership in Laredo, Texas the beginning of February. They had the Jeep for 1 month, needing (SLOW) approval from the warranty company (sold to us by SLC Valley) and then time to fix issues with the rear main seal, all 4 lifters and rocker arms. When they were about to change the rear main seal, they noticed the torque converter bolts had been sheered and bent with a hole in the bell housing from a bolt. Also, torque converter and bell housing were severly gouged which in turn caused the rear main seal issues. As soon as the Jeep was lifted they called my husband at work to inform him the engine has a salvaged engine in it,, which is clearly stamped with LKQ (a national SALVAGE yard!) They immediately took pictures, and documented all their findings. They were compleyely dumbfounded that this Jeep was sold at a legitimate Chrysler dealership and not sent to an auction house. Fast forward 2 weeks ago my husband drives the Jeep home to Utah straight from the dealership in Texas. The day he arrived, the Jeep wouldn't go into gear. He contacted SLC Valley, had it brought in and sway bar issues fixed with them saying the transmission needed to be replaced for $6k (however, Laredo dealership said different. ) Conveniently, the warranty company is refusing the tranny swap due to these bolts. Bottom line is this dealership, promised the Jeep had been completely looked over by their mechanics before being Purchased and right after without any issues disclosed or admitted to. This dealership willing sold a beat up, overly used vehicle with a salvaged engine and transmission issues. This is the type of vehicle for a Buy Here, Pay Here lot, not a reputable dealership with a $30k price tag. Unethical, deceptive and dishonorable practices by this dealership. Its a shame, because the Finance Manager, in our more than 2hr conversation about life in general, disclosed his honorable service to our country and now works for this Dealership signing off on less than satisfactory vehicles. The worst new car buying experience I have ever had. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks to get the car I ordered. After 10-1/5 weeks I got my first call from them that the car was in. After getting the car I noticed it did not have one item on it that I requested every time we we talked about it. They could not tell me why it did not come with it. I talked to them in person twice and they said they would get back to me. They never did. I though the after buying customer service very lacking and uncaring. I like the car but will never buy from them agian. There are a couple of items on the car that they could not tell me how to work it. I had to go online to find out how to use it. Not a good way to find out how to use your new vehicle. Buyer Beware More

I've had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. I love the Ram 1500 I bought but wished I had bought somewhere else. I bought a new Ram 1500 pickup on 9/1/2020. I traded in a 2019 Toyo dealer. I love the Ram 1500 I bought but wished I had bought somewhere else. I bought a new Ram 1500 pickup on 9/1/2020. I traded in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The Tacoma was not available at the time (in St. George) so that said they could do it sight unseen. They asked me the model and I told them I thought it was a Pro. It turned out that it was not a Pro. They however took the Vin Number and spent 30 minutes before coming back to me with the trade in price of $39,000. I assumed that was what it was worth. I gave them the estimated mileage of 18,000 and it turned out to be only 14,900. A few days later I brought the car to them, gave them the keys and signed the title. I then received a call from them telling me the car was worth $8,000 then they contracted with me. Justin Smith then said he would look at the value and send me the price difference. He sent me Nada trade in pricing and said there was a $6025 difference. The document he sent was not even near that difference. I then contacted three other car dealers- John Kalikakis at Tim Dahle Infiniti - Winston Hawkins (finance manager but not longer with them) at Doug Smith - and Glen Curtis at Curtis auto sales in orem. Everyone ot them were shocked at the quoted $6025 price and said may current car with the options included and mileage was worth at least $39,000. John went straight to Nada and came up with the $39000 trade in value and told me he had just done a Tacoma trade in and they were trading i like gold. I did a nada trade in value and it came back at $39000. The Tacoma is in near perfect condition. I have a contract with them and they owe me $39,000 for my trade in. They have the car and I have signed the title over. I would like the $39,000 they owe me. More
This was a fantastic vehicle buying experience. Honestly, I didn't even feel like I needed to negotiate I felt I was being treated so fairly. Grant Kramer was amazing! Just a terrific young man. No pressure, I didn't even feel like I needed to negotiate I felt I was being treated so fairly. Grant Kramer was amazing! Just a terrific young man. No pressure, understood the products and took the time to understand me so he could match me with the truck that was best for me. He also, very sincerely, let me know that if in fact a truck you did not have in inventory (which I was very interested in) was really the truck I wanted I should go get that one. That is how you honestly sell products, but more importantly, how you sell a relationship. More
I've been looking for a Jeep Gladiator for some time now. I went to a few local dealerships in Las Vegas where I live and couldn't find the right deal.
