Herman Bueno, cares about his customers and he listened to the kind of Truck my husband wanted. From the time we met him from the time we left, he made sure we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Herman Bueno as the best saleman. If he does not have a vehicle on the car lot that your looking for, he will find you the type vehicle that your looking for. I have done business with other dealerships and my husband and I have never had this type of smooth purchasing without the salesman being pushy!! Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton is the best. Around the end of June my clutch system in my car broke (I have a dual clutch), so I got it repaired here. The work was not done to the manufacturers recommendation (to fix both clutch systems at the same (I have a dual clutch), so I got it repaired here. The work was not done to the manufacturers recommendation (to fix both clutch systems at the same time) while it was still under warranty. It ran well up until around August 8th (just under only 6 weeks after). August 15th it broke down again, due to the exact same reason. My car is now no longer under warranty and they are trying to charge me 4k for work that they didn’t fix right the first time! It’s now almost October and I still don’t have my car back!! Please save your money and time!! Go somewhere else!! More
