What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal.
