Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had I have bought new and used vehicles many times as I get a different vehicle every 3 years or so. I have purchased from many dealerships in the Metropl I have bought new and used vehicles many times as I get a different vehicle every 3 years or so. I have purchased from many dealerships in the Metroplex and to some degree they all have their pitfalls. But my experience at Sam Pack's was much different. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, showed me all of their inventory for the vehicle I was looking for and didn't pressure me into buying at all. They truly separated themselves from the typical dealership by actually listening to me and what I needed in order to make a vehicle purchase. There was no back and forth all day long and I truly felt that they wanted to earn my business through superior customer service. I will be a continuing customer at Sam Pack's. They even continued to answer my questions for 2 weeks after my purchase! That was a totally new experience for me as well and truly makes them stand out from the crowd! More

Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a Rueben Krause and Bobby were fantastic. Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a NEW lease on a 2015 escape SE for a great price with window tint, skylink and lease insurance plan for minor dings and stuff. Outstanding Service I drove in from San Antonio Saturday morning and our check engine light came on in the Expedition. We were only up in Dallas for the day and planned t I drove in from San Antonio Saturday morning and our check engine light came on in the Expedition. We were only up in Dallas for the day and planned to head back the next morning. I called around to 3 other Ford dealerships and explained my situation only to be told that they were too busy. All I was looking for was someone to "plug" the truck in and let me know what the issue was so that I could get back to San Antonio to get it fixed without breaking down. When I called Sam Pack I could tell that they were busy, but Vincent said that he could squeeze me in at 1:30 that afternoon and take a look. After being there an hour not only had they identified the problem, but they had already fixed it as well! I greatly appreciate Vincent taking the time to listen to me and going above and beyond. Poor customer service and dissappointed in manager Mike May I stopped by on friday to check out their used lot looking for an F150 Truck. I've spent almost an hour with sales representative CJ Baker, and he wa I stopped by on friday to check out their used lot looking for an F150 Truck. I've spent almost an hour with sales representative CJ Baker, and he was really friendly and helpful with trying to find a truck to fit my needs explaining different features available-this was all done in the rain and both of us were soaking wet. I really appreciated CJ's effort and we finally found a vehicle that i was interested in. I made an offer on the F150 and it was not within expected price range that the dealer was expecting and we couldn't get to an agreement in term of pricing. As i was walking out, CJ stopped me and ask if he can ask his manager to give me the best price possible, this is when Mike May was involved. Mike started walking towards me while i waited in the parking lot and immediately said "There must be a problem since we seem to be from different worlds". That's right, not a "hello, my name is ..." or "hi, how are you doing?". Maybe Mike was too busy to deal with customers or i am not his regularly customer "type" and do not worth this time that day. I explained to Mike that i see there are some specials going on and made an offer on a F150, and if it does not meet the price he was expecting, he can simply deny the offer and we'll be on our way. Mike replied "the answer is No, and you should keep looking". At this point, i can feel Mike is not willing to work with me nor try to negotiate any further so i left the dealership. I'd offered $31k for the F150 and according to my research, this should be enough to drive a used F150 off the lot, maybe not this specific vehicle but this is where a little negotiation skill comes into play. I've explained to CJ that i was planning to take a F150 home and after spending an hour in the rain should be good indicators that i was serious and willing to work with the crew to get a good price; something we both can agree on. Unfortunately, Mike's attitude and customer service was sub-par, his unfriendly demeanor resulted in a very disappointed potential customer. More
