Amazing experience from the time I walked in until I received the truck I ordered. David B answered all my questions, followed up weekly as promised, notified me of changes, etc. Finance dept was info received the truck I ordered. I had a wonderful time buying my 2020 F150 Lead Foot, badass truck in August 2020. It went very smooth with RJ, the sales Mgr. and longtime Cowboy fan, like me. He gets his people started. He then rolled me to financial guru Mike Pisarik, the Okie, like me, and he was personable and efficient! So, I was elated, I had my brand new truck! How could it get better? Well, like dessert, the lovely Alexandra suddenly appeared . She desired to “make it MY Truck”. She helped personalize it for me with cool assessories that just seemed necessary. And today? I still love this truck! Now remember, as my late Dad, the original JP, used to say, “there ain’t nuthin free in this world!” For them to help me, I had to help them with 1. Great credit 2. I can say the same for everyone I've dealt with at Five Star... from accessories to financing, they showed me what they have to offer, no games or gimmicks. Most of the time they could meet or beat what I found in my research. They explained any differences and were happy to go with whatever I decided.
