They took care of my wife and kids before I arrived. They did not try to "up-sale" with a lot of dealer add-ons which I really appreciated. They did offer us two (and only two) aftermarket accessories (window tinting and stolen vehicle recovery system)which we purchased from them at very competitive prices. We walked in with very good financing terms from our credit union, which they were able to match and which in turn allowed us to get a $500 financing rebate. More
