The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Excellent experience in this dealership. David Keen in sales was exceptional in his expertise in the vehicles we test drove. Friendly and very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, people person. David and I drove several trucks before deciding on an F250 King Ranch 2014 model. It's really an awesome truck and handles just as great. Jennings was great, he worked very hard for me to find the perfect truck I was looking for. Our dealings with Five Star Ford was very good. Jennings, the sales man that took our call, was very friendly and eager to help us. I had been to 6 or 7 dealerships and this one was by far the friendliest! Jennings was GREAT and made my experience an enjoyable one. His concern was helping me find the SUV I was looking for, he wasn't mon the friendliest! Jennings was GREAT and made my experience an enjoyable one. His concern was helping me find the SUV I was looking for, he wasn't money hungry or pushy like the sales guys at the other dealerships. He helped me find what I was looking for in an SUV and didn't give up on me even after I changed my mind on vehicles about 4 times. He also worked with me on the price and got me a xxxx of a deal. I love my new 2013 Ford Edge! I'd recommend this dealership and Jennings to everyone!!! More

I came in looking for a new F150 for a company truck. I had called ahead to meet with Jorge who met me at the door when I got there. My husband and I have been leasing or buying vehicles from Sam Pac's Five Star Ford of Carrollton for years. Usually each purchase is two vehicles at one time. Our expericences in the past have all bee from Sam Pac's Five Star Ford of Carrollton for years. Usually each purchase is two vehicles at one time. Our expericences in the past have all been great. Our lastest purchase this week was for two cars, an Escape and Fusion. We were referred to David Keen by our last sales person since she was no longer in sales. David was a pleasure to work with! At no time did we feel pressured. He was very patient while we asked our questions and went beyond our questions to anticipate what we might have missed to provided explanations. I used Sam Pack for maintenance and repairs for my previous Fusion and had always received excellent service, so that is where I started when I needed a new car. I met Ruben while I was driving throu previous Fusion and had always received excellent service, so that is where I started when I needed a new car. I met Ruben while I was driving through the new car lot, and he was terrific. When I made my selection of my beautiful new Fusion Titanium, the purchasing process was very easy and relatively short, which was very much appreciated.
