He provided honest guidance throughout the negotiation process and never made me feel pressured. What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal.
