The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

excellent and very courteous new truck buying experience I met Christopher Krause and we talked about the new F-150. I realized the F-150 fit my needs better than the 2018 Toyota 4Runner I was driving. Chris I met Christopher Krause and we talked about the new F-150. I realized the F-150 fit my needs better than the 2018 Toyota 4Runner I was driving. Chris was very helpful and he knows a lot about trucks.We discussed my needs and wants and Chris worked long and hard with me to find exactly the truck I wanted. I bought a 2018 F-150 XLT Super Crew two wheel drive with the 5.0 litre V-8; everything I wanted. Chris walked me through the whole process and this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. When I buy my next truck, it will be from 5 Star Ford Carrollton and I will be looking for Chris. Thanks. More

Stay away from this dealership if you're African American Car salesman Miguel Rojas treated me like crap the minute I walked into the dealership before receiving any information from me on Saturday. He acted Car salesman Miguel Rojas treated me like crap the minute I walked into the dealership before receiving any information from me on Saturday. He acted as if I was a burden when I arrived inquiring about mustang GT to the point where he wouldn't even give me a price for one. His reasoning for not providing me a price was "I can give you a price all day but after running your credit your monthly payments could come back high and our banks just closed so we have no way to run your credit today" (I have a credit score well over 750 but I didn't tell him that because I felt disrespected that he assumed my credit score was bad without him knowing anything about me). I then asked about the little promotion on their website where it says "we will give you $500 over kelly blue book trade in value "(which is not much) and I proceeded to show him the trade in value THEIR website gave me. He said his manager had to look at my car first I gave him the keys to let his manager look at my car which was a 2016 dodge challenger (still under full warranty) I waited and he came back calming his manager is only willing to give me 6000 less than the Kelly blue book instant offer(again Kelly blue book was willing to buy my vehicle for 6000 more without even seeing it.) I preceded to just walk away without giving him a response because I knew they were just trying to get me out of their dealership (I work for a bank in which we are required to complete yearly training on different forms of discrimination so I knew what they were doing to me) and they assumed I dint have any credit to buy the car I was looking at but the Caucasian couple was being treated like a king and queen from their salesman. Miguel Rojas dint even feel the need to bring my car back from his "manager" therefore I had to walk to the other side of the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. I never been so disrespected in my life and I plan to tell my whole family and all coworkers to stay away from this place due to their racist attitude towards customers. I purchased a Ford F-150 from the Five star in Louisville and they were extremely nice and respectful but this Five Star dealership is the worst and has caused them to lose my business for good!!! More
