A fantastic dealership. Very pleasant people; salespersons are not pushy, very knowledgeable about all Ford vehicles and happy to answer any questions. I was very impressed with Mr. Hunter Liggett of the sales team and Mr. Rob Romano from service department. My experience at Sam Pack’s 5 Star Ford was fantastic. It’s people like this that make me continue to be loyal to the Ford brand. Customer service is something a lot of dealerships lack these days. Really great in making sure my truck was serviced with Ford parts, made sure I was informed as to what was happening with my truck. Let me know exactly when it would be ready. Washed my truck and I believe it was kept inside the garage when we had all the cold, ice and snow which I appreciate because my truck has never set outside in the weather ever.
