Every time they show you a different price or payment, and when you question the inconsistencies, they claim there was a mistake with the vehicle. But when the same thing happens with four different vehicles, it is hard to believe these are just honest mistakes. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of accountability. I have tried multiple times to contact management to discuss my concerns, but nobody responds, and the front office does not seem interested in helping connect me with anyone in charge. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority, but based on my experience, that could not be further from the truth. Their actions suggest that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about. Save yourself the time and frustration and consider taking your business elsewhere. More

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
