I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation. Based on this experience, I have no reason to return. More
