I do not know how service functioned before Covid, but if it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down. The guy who handled my paperwork was great as far as courtesy n responding to my inquiries. Th it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down. I went in to this dealership in search for a 2018 Forester XT that they had. I drove it, got the paperwork started for the car, I did a trade in on my current vehicle to help with this new car. Enoug Forester XT that they had. I drove it, got the paperwork started for the car, I did a trade in on my current vehicle to help with this new car. Enough paperwork was completed for me to take the car home. After having it for 2 days, I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. So I called Spencer to tell him that I'm still within the 3 day return period that is stated in their policy, I just want to do a trade back, he gets the forester back and I get my car back, even trade. . He said he'd have to see what he could do. He called me later that day saying I'd have to bring the car back that day and they'd accept the return. So I did, they got their car and I got mine but not the same way I gave it to them. My plates were missing, they lost the title to the car in just one day. They said they would find the title, but they never did. And they did nothing to try and fix it. After calling the dealership time and time again to see where they were with getting me my title back, that they lost, I either get no response or I get yelling at me as if it's my fault he lost it. If you want great customer service from this dealership, then speak to anyone but Spencer. My experience here has been such a hassle, it's just ridiculous and pathetic. More
