Terrible customer service. They refused to purchase or provide a second key fob. When asked about the $2400 service charge that is to be used for any and all maintenance or ite They refused to purchase or provide a second key fob. When asked about the $2400 service charge that is to be used for any and all maintenance or items needed prior to resale, they sent a generic message stating the vehicle was sold as is. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to any one else. They also advertised the vehicle used with 10,000 miles. When purchased it had 12,000. They had no explanation on why. More

Sam Houston is awesome! I bought my first ever car from her and she did everything she could to get me the best deal possible! Recently that car was totaled in a hail storm I bought my first ever car from her and she did everything she could to get me the best deal possible! Recently that car was totaled in a hail storm and that same night she just happened to check in with me as well! I immediately got back in touch while dealing with the insurance and all to see if she could get me in another Challenger and by golly if she didn’t make it happen!
