San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is a horrible and scary dealer. They convinced me in writing to drive almost two hours for a test drive and then refused a test drive because “they don’t allow test d scary dealer. Stopped by the dealership today and was greeted by people with amazing customer service. I received some emails to stop by the dealership to trade in my car if the price was right I definitely would’ve trade with amazing customer service. I went in to see a preowned vehicle at a fair price online. When I was there going over numbers they included a “maintenance” fee of 4,000 dollars. I asked the sales rep what that was about and mention online. When I was there going over numbers they included a “maintenance” fee of 4,000 dollars. I asked the sales rep what that was about and mentioned it was a fee they add to all the used vehicles. I asked why they didn’t include it to the online price if it would’ve been on there I wouldn’t have gone in the first place. Very deceiving prices. More
