Normally always have great experiences with them but this time a routine oil change took 2 1/2! I asked when I arrived if making an appointment would be easier/faster and was told that it doesn't make any d time a routine oil change took 2 1/2! It was not good, so showed up and spoke with several service reps. I ask for a certain individual by name and told they didn’t work there , I explain to them that I had appointment but I felt that I was service reps. No one took the time to check to see my appointment was with instead I was told to wait and they would ding someone to help me. I have had several vehicles service or repaired at this location and never been treated or met with attitude. And I did not appreciate it at all. I’m a professional that work in public service and I understand it’s a busy day but everybody should be treated with respect. After this experience I will have to really consider having my vehicles maybe taken to another dealership. Regards J Nelson More

The service was satisfactory, but Gabby told us that it was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300. Then on the video of oil change and vehicle inspection the person doing t was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300.
